We’ve partnered directly with a highly experienced factory with a strong UK track record, which means you get the same performance and compliance — without paying for branding and dealer markups.

Yes. We complete a full Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and deliver the scooter to your door fully assembled and tested, ready for you to register and ride.

We use professional logistics partners for nationwide delivery. Your bike will arrive securely and safely — already inspected, tested, and ready for registration.
We cover manufacturing defects in parts for 12 months from delivery. If a covered component fails, we’ll ship you a replacement. Labour, diagnostics, and servicing are not included — giving you flexibility to choose your preferred garage.
We’re here to help. We’ll work with you to troubleshoot the issue and send out replacement parts under warranty if applicable. You’re also free to take the scooter to any local mechanic or service provider.
